ANC:  LEADERSHIP WITH INCONSISTENCIES

BY: AYABONGA NKALITSHANA AND LUVIWE PINDA

The infighting within the ANC which is the ruling party in South Africa, the corruption scandals involving the president of the country and his allies whom some hold top roles in government institutions , the biggest in corruption being the R250 millions of Nkandla. The mass killing of workers in Marikina, and now the protests of tertiary institutions that are actually as a result of fee increase proposals by department of higher education and training.

Question is, do we still think as citizens of South Africa can trust the ANC and its leadership to lead the government and do you think that there is any leader presently involved in any political party who has the ability to lead with honesty and loyalty to the people, and can actually lead the country to political stability and economic independence and social justice?
